To achieve this, we focus on team building activities within and outside the studio, use regular feedback to customize programs that enhance skill sets as well as facilitate knowledge sharing by way of inviting visiting faculty and practitioners and encourage attendance of workshops, webinars and conferences. We continue to invest in tangible ways to enhance the quality of the team’s experience in the office including provision of technological and other tools to promote creativity and efficiency. Our team is our treasure and we continue to keep our ear close to the ground to ensure that we stay nimble, responsive and mindful of their needs and work closely to achieve individual and collective goals.

Internship

At MALIK ARCHITECTURE, we are always looking for talented students of architecture, landscape design, interiors, urban planning, and constructing architects to join our team.

Internship opportunities are available during the spring and the fall semester, which run from August through January and from February through June.
